  • You will be responsible for promoting high-end residential and commercial properties, attracting qualified leads, and closing sales. A strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a broad network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) are essential for success in this role.

Job Description

  • Meet or exceed minimum sales targets set by the organization
  • Sell the organization’s real estate products by utilizing effective sales techniques
  • Develop and cultivate new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels to improve lead conversion rates
  • Convert potential clients into customers by building strong relationships and continually refining sales processes to improve conversion rates
  • Expand the organization’s customer base by attracting new buying clients
  • Represent the organization and its products and services both internally and externally by delivering presentations and engaging in effective communication to promote the product
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey by analyzing product feature adoption and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure timely and appropriate delivery of contracts and documentation to clients

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or another related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing, particularly in the luxury segment.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value property sales.
  • Strong network of HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.

  • The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations, communications, and executive functions.
