- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head of Operations to build and manage structured operational processes for engaging vendors.
- The Head of Operations will be responsible for developing vendor engagement frameworks, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven vendor operations that support the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement structured operational frameworks for vendor engagement.
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors in line with company policies.
- Develop and maintain vendor management processes, standards, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication and day-to-day interactions with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Ensure vendors adhere to agreed service levels, timelines, and contractual terms.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams to align vendor operations with business needs.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in vendor management, operations, or a related role
- Strong organizational and process-building skills
- Good understanding of operational structures and workflow management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities effectively.

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Accountant to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions; ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
