Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head of Operations to build and manage structured operational processes for engaging vendors.
  • The Head of Operations will be responsible for developing vendor engagement frameworks, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven vendor operations that support the company’s business objectives.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and implement structured operational frameworks for vendor engagement.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors in line with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain vendor management processes, standards, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication and day-to-day interactions with vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to agreed service levels, timelines, and contractual terms.
  • Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align vendor operations with business needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and operational effectiveness.

 Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in vendor management, operations, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills
  • Good understanding of operational structures and workflow management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities effectively.

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Accountant to join our finance team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions; ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
