Job Title: Project Management Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team.
The PMO will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity of project goals, expectations, and deliverables.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to support project objectives and meet deadlines.
Track resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization or reallocation.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project execution and develop risk mitigation plans.
Proactively monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle, taking appropriate actions to minimize impact.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular progress reports and status updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and change requests.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software Primavera
PMP certification is a plus.

Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer with Andster Engineering, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, regulatory standards.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineer, automation engineer and project managers to deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components, including power distribution systems, control systems, and circuitry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of electrical systems with other project elements.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects.
Perform calculations and simulations to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the development and implementation phases.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering technology.
Manage coordination and execution of electrical engineering projects.
Follow safety protocols and practices related to electrical systems on projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of relevant work experience required in engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in electrical engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW, ETAP, SKM Power Tools) and instrumentation software (e.g., PLC programming software, SCADA systems).
Solid understanding of electrical and instrumentation principles, including circuit theory, power systems, electronics, control systems, sensors, transmitters, actuators and electromagnetism.
Ability to design, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electrical engineering practices (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).
Professional Engineer (PE) license may be required or preferred for certain roles, particularly those involving public safety or government contracts.
Specific industry certifications or credentials related to specialized areas of electrical engineering may also be beneficial.
Experience with industrial automation systems, such as PLCs, DCS, and HMI/SCADA systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automation systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement PLC programs using Siemens PLC S7 Simatic Manager, TIA portal, AB Controllogix etc
Design and configure automation systems to meet project requirements.
Develop HMI/SCADA software graphics
Conduct systems troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technologies.

Qualifications

OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in PLC programming and configuration, with expertise in Siemens PLC S7 Simatic Manager, AB PLC, Etc
Strong understanding of automation systems and control processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with other PLC platforms and automation software.
