Job Purpose

  • The Marketing Operations Executive will support the efficient execution of marketing initiatives by managing workflows, campaign tracking, vendor coordination, and budget control.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in optimising marketing processes to enhance overall effectiveness within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
  • Maintain and regularly update the integrated marketing calendar
  • Manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and procurement processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign execution
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular dashboards and reports
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget in line with financial policies.
  • Optimize the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines in all marketing activities

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in or exposure to the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.

Job Title: Head of Customer Experience

Position Overview

  • A fast-growing telecommunications provider is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead its Customer Experience (CX) function.
  • The ideal candidate must have a strong background in customer service operations within the telecom or ISP industry, with proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CX strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey across all service channels.
