Job Summary

• The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining an efficient, cost effective, procurement, inventory, and supplier management system that ensures prompt delivery of materials, optimum stock availability and good warehouse practice.
• The role will require expertise in Development and execution of Procurement and Supply Chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and procurement activities that support key business objectives
• Ensure the execution of Supply Chain strategies in OGTL to ensure consistent and high quality value delivery
• Draw up/update, agree and enforce SLAs and operating manuals with third party service providers
• Develop, implement and monitor an efficient inventory management system at all stores under OGTL.
• Ensure that the right quality and quantity of stock items are readily available, obtained at competitive market prices and at the right time.
• Maintain a cost effective storage that allows for efficient working capital management and minimizes wastages
• Implement Supply Chain and Supplier management best practices to support commercial and operational objectives
• Responsible for developing and maintaining an efficient and cost effective inventory management and warehousing system that ensures prompt delivery of service, stock availability and good warehouse practice

Qualifications

• A Graduate Degree or its equivalent in Social, Pure, Applied or Management Sciences. with 5 + years leading the supply chain team of a Cereal Milling Manufacturing business
• A working knowledge of procurement and warehousing management
• A supplier relationship management skills
• Should be a Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP)
• Institute of Logistics Management – (ILM)
• African Centre for supply chain (ACSC).

 Salary
N700,000 – N800,000 monthly.

Job Title: Financial Controller

• The Financial Controller will play a critical role in the consolidation and validation of financial reports, sitting at the HQ level to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization.
• This individual will partner closely with the logistics team to optimize working capital and manage cash flows, driving precise financial insights and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Consolidation & Validation: Responsible for consolidating reports at the HQ level, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all submitted data.
• Month-End Close: Oversee and manage the monthly closing process, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, ensuring timely completion.
• Cash Allocation & Intercompany Transfers: Ensure proper allocation of all cash inflows and outflows, handling intercompany transfers and allocations with precision.
• Cash Flow and Liquidity Management: Act as the gatekeeper for cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning, maintaining the financial health of the organization.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
• Experience: Minimum 12+ years in a similar financial role, with experience reporting to executive leadership.

Job Summary

• The Sales Specialist – Life Sciences position aims to develop sales in the designated territory, maintain a good relationship with the customers, and focus on growing sales and achieving overall sales objectives and other defined performance metrics.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop business for life sciences accounts including product selling, cross-selling, and value-based propositions
• Develop, manage, and expand product and market know-how
• Build sound market knowledge and a customer-related network of stakeholders
• Identify, prioritize, and convert prospective business
• Execute customer visits(a minimum of 15-20 productive visits per week)
• Prepare, coordinate, negotiate, close proposals, and respond to RFQs
