Job Title: Prog. & Organisational Change Management Manager

Objective
- To lead digital transformation by ensuring cutting-edge technology is adopted, embraced, and leveraged by people to deliver full business value.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation programs, from planning through execution, consistently meeting all scope, budget, and quality objectives.
- Orchestrate integrated program plans, proactively managing cross-project dependencies, risks, and resources, with transparent reporting to senior leadership.
- Spearhead comprehensive change management strategies including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management to secure buy-in and minimize disruption.
- Champion enterprise-wide adoption by building networks of change champions and designing targeted communications and training campaigns.
- Measure and optimize ROI by tracking change adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics to ensure continuous improvement and full realization of business benefits.
Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Legal studies / Humanities, or any related field.
- 5+ years of combined experience in program/project management and organizational change management, with at least 2 years in a dedicated OCM role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale transformation programs (e.g., ERP implementations, digital transformations, major process re-engineering) in an organization.
- Experience in the FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strategic Program Leadership: Expert in end-to-end program delivery, risk mitigation, and governance, with a proven ability to communicate complex initiatives and build trust with stakeholders at every organizational level.
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) Expertise: Proficient in full-spectrum change management from impact assessment and stakeholder engagement to targeted communications and training; driving adoption and minimizing disruption.
- Executive Influence & Facilitation: Adept at coaching sponsors, influencing without authority, and using empathy and negotiation to align diverse teams and secure buy-in for transformational change.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in measuring change effectiveness and calculating ROI to prove value, guide strategy, and ensure continuous improvement.

Job Title: Enterprise Application Manager

Objective
- To develop business enterprise solution strategies, in collaboration with the General Manager, Business Technology and coordinate the continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide application portfolio that powers BUA Foods – from ERP (Microsoft Dynamics F&O) and CRM to Supply Chain Management (SCM) and bespoke solutions. Also to ensure our technology stack is robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with business objectives to drive efficiency and growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the enterprise application strategy and roadmap, directly enabling BUA Foods’ digital transformation and core business objectives.
- Direct end-to-end lifecycle for the entire application portfolio (ERP, CRM, SCM), from strategic selection and implementation to retirement.
- Champion operational excellence by ensuring 24/7 availability, robust security, and peak performance of all critical business systems.
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships with key vendors and stakeholders to drive project success while maximizing ROI across all business units.
- Lead a high-performing team and manage the function’s budget with fiscal discipline to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor of Science / Higher National Diploma in Computer Science (or other sciences), with minimum of second class upper division/upper class.
- 8+ years of end-to-end experience in developing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Expert-level proficiency with large-scale Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations (BC or F&O).
- Industry-specific expertise driving efficiency in FMCG, Manufacturing, and Food Processing environments.
Skills:
- Strategic Business Leadership: Translating business needs into actionable IT strategy, optimizing processes, managing vendor partnerships, and governing multi-million-naira budgets.
- Technical & Architectural Expertise: Architecting integrated enterprise solutions, overseeing the full SDLC, and leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making.
- High-Performance Team Leadership: Building and mentoring top-tier teams, expertly managing stakeholder relationships, and negotiating successful outcomes.
- Operational & Project Excellence: Delivering complex projects on time and within budget while ensuring robust service management and risk mitigation.

Job Title: Credit Control Officer (FMCG – Manufacturing)

Objective
- To support the credit control team in managing credit customer accounts, monitoring and reconciling trade receivables, and ensuring compliance with terms of trade and company credit policies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor customer account balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Ensure compliance with agreed credit terms and limits.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing debtor aging analysis and credit reports.
- Support the sales team by providing credit-related information and updates.
- Escalate unresolved payment issues to the Credit Control Manager.
- Maintain accurate credit control records and documentation.
Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance support.
- Part professional qualification will be preferred.
- FMCG/Manufacturing sector experience is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of accounting and credit management principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/MS365).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.

Job Title: Credit Control Manager (FMCG – Manufacturing)

Objective
- To manage and control the company’s credit and collections processes, ensuring timely collection of receivables, minimization of bad debts, with strong alignment between sales growth and cash flow objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement credit control policies, procedures, and strategies across divisions.
- Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding debts.
- Review and approve customer credit limits in collaboration with sales and finance.
- Prepare periodic credit risk reports for management and board review.
- Liaise with sales and legal teams to resolve disputes and enforce credit agreements.
- Lead collection drives and implement action plans to reduce debtor days.
- Ensure compliance with company policy, IFRS standards, and statutory regulations.
- Supervise and mentor credit control staff.
Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Professional qualifications ICAN/ACCA qualification preferred
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ post qualification relevant experience in credit controls, and receivables management, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record of improving collections.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities; effective communication
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/MS 365).
