Job Title: Experienced Laundry Personnel
Location: Sabo-Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Report faulty equipment, and maintenance needs, to the Laundry Supervisor.
- Knowledge on all laundry procedures, including safety procedures and equipment operation.
- Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items.
- Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures.
- Make sure all clothes are packaged properly with tag numbers and are all in good condition.
- Clean and maintain laundry machines.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
Salary
N120,000 – N140,000 per month.

Job Title: Porter
Location: Sabo -Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out processes.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel lobby and public areas.
- Support security operations by monitoring hotel premises and reporting incidents.
- Assist with guest transportation arrangements and coordinate with drivers.
- Help guests with special needs and mobility assistance when required.
- Maintain lost-and-found procedures and coordinate with front desk.
- Support housekeeping with moving furniture and heavy equipment
- Monitor parking areas and provide guidance to guests and visitors.
- Coordinate with maintenance for minor repairs and facility issues.
- Handle delivery services and coordinate with various hotel departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Porter in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy luggage and equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Reliable and trustworthy character for guest assistance
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic English proficiency
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Willingness to assist guests with various requests.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 per month.

- SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
- Must have at least one year experience in similar role
- Must have good written and communication skills
- Ability to think fast and put things in perspective
- Ability to take initiative and offer new ideas.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
