We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Motion / Graphics Designer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidates will collaborate closely with digital central & creative teams to understand project objectives and deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and a strong understanding of design principles are essential for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Create visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, posts, flyers and presentations
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using suitable software
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Must have MOTION DESIGN skills
• HND, BSC, in a creative field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer
• Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop and Motion Graphics
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
• Proven organizational skills to adapt to changing environments
• Good relationship management.

• He/she will play a role in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through various digital channels and initiatives.
• Digital strategists offer responsibilities that include developing strong lasting relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Proven experience in creative strategy development and content creation.
• Perform exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas.
• Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
• Experience in managing large accounts and monitoring campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Digital media planning/buying.
• Establish best practices in digital marketing
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Creating and monitoring digital campaigns.
• Developing creative ideas on how to engage an audience and meet clients’ business objectives.
• Develop writing style, tone, and voice for all content and ensure they are consistent across all delivery platforms.
• Generate weekly reports using analytics and graphics.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field
• At least 3 – 5 years of proven work experience as a core digital marketing strategist
• Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM
• Knowledge of Google ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with the creation of strategy and media buying.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience in an advertising agency will be an added advantage.
• Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.

Salary
N400,000.00 – N450,000.00 (net) per month.

• This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can develop compelling marketing campaigns while managing client relationships and operational coordination.
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Citimobile Media’s outdoor advertising services through proactive business development and client engagement
• Negotiate advertising contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and optimal pricing
• Manage client relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle, from initial pitch to post-campaign analysis
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed proof-of-performance reports to clients
• Troubleshoot campaign issues by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and coordinating with management and clients for swift resolution
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Identify and prospect new outdoor advertising sites to expand inventory
• Prepare comprehensive weekly reports on account status, campaign performance, and business development activities for the Managing Director and Team Lead
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related creative field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising sales, or business development
• Relevant professional certifications (local or international) are an added advantage
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience in outdoor/out-of-home (OOH) advertising is highly desirable.
