We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Nursing Officer

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Nursing officer will be responsible formonitoring patients’ health through observing and assessing their records, symptoms, and reactions to treatment and care.
  • You will haveextensive interaction with patients’ families as well, guiding and instructing them in aftercare measures.
  • The job function can vary depending on where they are drafted to work and the peculiar needs of the particular patients youcare for.

Key Result Areas (KRA)
The key result areas of this role are:

  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ conditions.
  • Assess and evaluate patients’ needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
  • Treating the patient as an individual rather than as a diagnosis or number
  • Empowering the patient to make choices and decisions to instill a sense of control over medical issues and personal health
  • Showing compassion and helping to alleviate fear and anxiety by maintaining a calm presence, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Treating the patient with dignity and respect and exhibiting an awareness of age, gender, racial, cultural and religious differences
  • Expressing empathy toward patients in an attempt to understand what they are experiencing
  • Communicating therapeutically by the use of touch, making eye contact, speaking directly to the patient, exhibiting a calm and unhurried manner, allowing time to respond to questions and responding appropriately to body language.
  • Priorities patient safety
  • Documenting of nursing process and care plan.
  • Preventing infection and cross-infection is important to protect both patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Order, stock and maintain store room with adequate levels of supplies and equipment that is used frequently.
  • Participate in the Discharge process using the Nursing procedure
  • Organizing clinical trials for the testing of medical equipment
  • Archives maintenance records, along with other study documents, at the end of the trial.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with the organization’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) policy and statutory regulations.
  • Ensure a clean, comfortable and safe environment for patients, clients and members of staff.

The Person

  • Minimum Academic Qualification of Bachelor of Nursing Sciences BNSC or Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN or RM)
  • 1 to 3 years of practical and relevant work experience in the healthcare sector
  • Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
  • Must have a valid practising license.
  • Must have paid renewal fee for licensed expired with evidence of REMITA Page of success or Teller from Bank.
  • Must have basic Computer appreciation knowledge
  • Outstanding Communication in English language (Oral and Written)
  • Good interpersonal managerial relationship
  • Must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of patient rights.
  • Knowledge of Nursing Practice Act.
  • Knowledge of patient safety.
  • Knowledge of hospital-acquired infection control and management.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for building a strong health information Centre that will ensure prompt service to patients, and also ensure timely, accurate and complete documentation of all patient records as well as their protection and confidentiality in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, professional standards and best practice

Employee Responsilities
The employee responsibilities for the role are but not limited to:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly, and professional manner using the suggested script.
  • Answering telephone, e-mail and physical inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Assist patients with filling out patient history forms, consent forms and payment contract forms
  • Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them.
  • Sending patient’s data to nurses for vital signs
  • Give directions to patients, patient’s relatives, vendors, etc.
  • Inform patients about delays or wait times
  • Update and verify patient information at every visit
  • Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls to patients.
  • Updating of patient files before posting
  • Identity check of patients
  • Send daily reports of activities carried out to the line manager.

The Person

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND in Management/Administration or Public Relations
  • 1 – 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Cashier is responsible for receiving and processing cash payments via debit or credit and checking transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system.
  • The cashier also receives payments and issues receipts, keeps track of all cash and credit transactions, balances the cash register, makes changes, and records all transactions.

Employees Responsibilities

  • Post customer payments by recording cash, cheques and credit card transactions on the EMR
  • Prepare bills for In-patients.
  • Manage an accurate and up-to-date hospital income record by sending and receiving bank cheques and documenting all relevant transactions.
  • Prepare regular (Daily) cash flow reports for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patients’ financial information.
  • Petty cash management and disbursement.
  • Present the payment status of every patient in our monthly IVF batch
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every patient.
  • Assist in the enforcement of stringent credit policies; routinely call patients who extend
  • Entering daily expenses in the expenses tracker
  • Accurately credit client/patient accounts and debit the cash or cheque.
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Acting as a point of contact for all external financial issues.

The Person

  • Minimum academic qualification of an OND in Business, Finance, and Accounting, Economics or any related degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of accounting and financial concepts and practices.
  • Full working Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is required especially with spreadsheet software (Excel).
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills are required for this role.
