Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Nigeria (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer who is comfortable with front-end, back-end and DevOps development.
• The ideal candidate would be responsible for designing and developing front-end web tools that deliver back office portals, customer and payment support automations and finally the needed backend services that ensure visibility, responsiveness and support to issues impacting our internal and external customer needs.
• The senior full stack developer position would be required to see projects through from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Frontend Development

• Design and develop the tools and dashboards listed above using modern frameworks like React, NodeJS, NestJS and similar technologies.
• Ensure the UI/UX design is implemented correctly, making the application visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Shall use test automation best practices to guarantee the quality of solutions worked on.
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.

Backend Development

• Develop server-side logic using Node.js, Python, Flutter (optional), Java, or PHP programming languages for our new backoffice administration platform.
• Create and manage databases using technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Develop and integrate Secure Restful APIs with frontend components to enable seamless communication between the client and server.
• Leverage CICD practices to build efficient delivery pipelines on Github that target multiple environments.

Database Management:

• Designs, implements, and manages relevant databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure database security and implement measures to protect data.

Collaboration and Project Management:

• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to create cohesive products that meet business requirements.
• Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Take the lead on back office projects, from conceptualization to deployment.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor, analyze, and improve web applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards for code quality and application design.

Communication and Learning:

• Engages in effective communication with cross functional team members via slack, gitHub comments, documents, and huddles.
• Stays abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages, continuously updating skills to meet evolving project needs.
• Participates in knowledge sharing.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, preferably in the payment space.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage with engineers on other teams on the software architecture, our APIs, and system design that yields working software.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling solutions or financial products.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud-based architectures, microservices, and security best practices.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies for product development.
• Experience driving cross-functional solutions.
• Experience with the Oncall process.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in payments (PCI DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC) is a plus.

Job Title: Senior Mobile Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• As the Senior Mobile Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone for our mobile development efforts. Collaborating with key stakeholders like the Technical Lead, Product Leads and CTO, you will own the mobile app lifecycle, from initial design to internal testing and release on App Store and Google Play.
• Your deep expertise with React Native and Flutter will empower you to build performant, scalable and maintainable apps that will deliver an outstanding user experience globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms in a greenfield Mobile project.
• Architect, build, and maintain apps using React Native and Flutter frameworks.
• Manage deployment pipelines and releases to both development/testing environments and app stores (Apple App Store & Google Play Store).
• Collaborate deeply with product, design, product developers, and QA teams to translate product vision into technical execution.
• Establish and automate best practices for mobile app development, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
• Build robust internal testing strategies, including TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, and any relevant tools for efficient QA workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional mobile development experience targeting iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience with React Native and Flutter frameworks in production applications.
• Demonstrable success deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play, including test flight/internal distribution management.
• Deep understanding of native mobile development tooling: Xcode, Android Studio, Fastlane (app automation).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox, Flutter test).
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions & Jenkins
• Experience with Android / IOS release management planning
• Background in designing app architectures, state management, and scalable feature development.
• Solid SQL/NoSQL experience and RESTful API integration knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for quality and clean code.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mobile app analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Sentry).
• Industry knowledge of security best practices in mobile applications, including data encryption and secure storage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative dev workflows.

• Maintain corporate records, oversee company secretarial duties, and ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the Fintech industry
• A bachelor’s degree in law (LLB, BL) from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice law in Nigeria.
