We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Basic Surface Well Test Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This role is to operate & manage daily operational and maintenance tasks on the WT- EPF & wellsite as per the plan.
  • Lead and assign tasks to the crew in his shift to ensure a smooth and trouble-free operation & best operability of the WT-EPF unit to meet safety compliance.
  • Maintain equipment and material in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability in Leading & managing crew member in his shift, assign daily operation and maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise & Operate equipment at both locations the EPF and wellsite, ensure that all phases of the process treatment are carried out in a safe, efficient and professional manner by following predefined policies/SOP and in compliances with Company and client s QHSE management system.
  • Conduct daily surveillance checks at the wellsite and flowline pipes. Work closely with Operation manager & company man to organize work schedule for the daily tasks to be performed.
  • Review & Quality control of the production data and submit report.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as needed.
  • Issue PTW to perform maintenance intervention & repair for EPF and wellsite equipment

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: High diploma / Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional Experience: 15 years experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Good knowledge & Technical expertise, Good communication skill.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Business Development Officer / Tendering Expert

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage business relationships with IOCs, DPR, NAPIMS, NNPC, etc.
  • Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and pre-qualification documents.
  • Participate in negotiations and support strategy execution.
  • Monitor market trends and identify upcoming projects.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and generate business leads.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and bids.
  • Ensure compliance with all ITT requirements while maximizing competitiveness.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competition trends.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the compnay’s overall strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the company is registered as a vendor in the client’s data base for enquiry generation.
  • Expand the reach of the company’s presence and products to clients across various viable industries.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the Company’s expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and other departments to develop technically sound and competitive proposals, negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business.
  • Ensure all submitted tenders and proposals are commercially sound and technically accurate.
  • Work closely with the business development and operations teams to align tender submissions with company capabilities and market demands.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize profitability from successful tenders.
  • Manage a comprehensive database of tenders, bids, and commercial agreements for efficient access and oversight.

Qualification/Requirements

  • BSc / HND in any discipline
  • At least 7+ years of experience in a similar
  • Must be conversant with NipeX portal, Ariba, SAP, and other relevant tendering platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the tender process in industries like oil & gas, marine, and construction industry.
  • Proven track record of winning high-value bids/tenders
  • Excellent negotiation, financial, and commercial management skills.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 / month.
