Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Liaise with in-house graphic designers to produce digital materials of visual impact, that generates sales and are within brand guidelines.
  • Develop contents for all social media pages, oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
  • Manage brand social media handles on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and grow the community.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Manage influencers for brand & film marketing campaigns.
  • Generate strategic digital ideas to drive ROI for the various businesses including Filmhouse, Filmone & Filmhouse +
  • Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and present this data in an easy-to-understand format. Reports must be performance based and tied to KPI
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to generate needed results for content titles
  • Develop engaging posts to drive engagement across all platforms

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Mass Com or Marketing
  • Google AdSense Certification
  • 3 years Minimum experience.

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Ensure and support the constant running of operations across cinemas and the support office by providing maintenance to facilities used for operations.
  • Create conducive and safe environment for staff and guests in the cinemas.
  • Drive the repair and schedule maintenance of all equipment utilised, owned or managed by the company.
  • Coordinate and monitor security of all locations by working with the operations department on site to gather information and provide guidance on the management of their security personnel.
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of handymen within the cinemas.
  • Implement the health and safety requirements for the company as prepared and directed by HSE Department.
  • Drive compliance with electrical installation regulation for commercial spaces across sites
  • Drive compliance with electrical installation standard on new projects by working with the Development team to supervise electrical drawings and installation on new projects

Qualifications

  • HND or Bsc, in the Sciences or Engineering preferably.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP)

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Ensure work environment is always clean and professional.
  • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
  • Perform daily inspections and identify and address issues to ensure a clean and safe work environment for staff members.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of firms’ assets (cars, properties, office appliances, equipment etc)
  • Coordinate and schedule equipment and building repairs, installations, and maintenance work with vendors and appropriate in-house staff.
  • Manage unplanned maintenance, repair and recovery for the facility as required within the shortest possible time.
  • Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator
  • Energy management: ensure adherence to managing energy sources – turning off lights, putting off equipment, and use of inverter to the firm’s advantage.
  • Assist with and coordinate internal office and furniture moves
  • Assist with special projects related to office facilities, including office construction and refurbishments and vendor biding processes.
  • Ensure that basic facilities, such as water, sewer and waste are well maintained
  • Prepare weekly report of facility activities
  • Manage an updated list of vendors, price negotiations and agreements.
  • Monitor and ensure that agreed work by staff or contactors are completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.
  • Process vendor invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in one or any of these: Facility Management, Estate Management, Estate Valuer or any other related field of study within.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the same field
