Job Description

• The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the company’s quality standards.
• They will be reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and will be responsible for conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and identifying areas for improvement.
• The Quality Control Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to improve overall product quality.
• Monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality control metrics and goals.
• Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Conducting quality training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of quality control processes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Performing statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and patterns in quality control data.
• Participating in the development and review of product specifications and quality standards.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• Solid understanding of product testing, along with a firm grasp of best practices for testing product construction and durability against specifications
• Significant attention to detail
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes so they can contribute to error reduction and process enhancements
• Problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills

Job Title: Spare Part Storekeeper

Job Description

• The Spare Part Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining and managing the inventory of spare parts for the maintenance department.

The following are the roles of the successful candidate

• Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts.
• Regularly update the inventory management system.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Receive and inspect incoming spare parts and materials.
• Verify the quantity and quality of received parts against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Properly label and store spare parts in designated locations.
• Organize parts systematically for easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.
• Issue spare parts to maintenance personnel as requested.
• Record the issuance of parts and update inventory records accordingly.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely availability of parts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Job Title: Store Officer

Job Description

• The Store Officer is responsible for overseeing the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of all finished goods inventory.
• Regularly update the inventory management system with current stock levels.
• Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Receive finished goods from the production department.
• Inspect the quality and quantity of received goods, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Implement and maintain best practices for storage, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) methods as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Prepare and process dispatch documentation, including delivery notes and invoices.
• Arrange transportation and ensure goods are safely and efficiently loaded for delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a warehouse is required.
