Job Title: Inventory Data Entry Officer

Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company’s databse or inventory software.
• Ensure all data entries are done accurately and closed out daily.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Update existing records as necessary and ensure that all information is current.
• Generate reports based on entered data and assist in data analysis when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Identify and correct errors in data entry processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
• Assist in training new employees on data entry processes and best practices.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Must reside in or around Eliozu.
• Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
• Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
• Should be willing to work mondays to saturdays with one day off in a month.
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.

• We are looking for an account officer to assist in managing the company’s finances, to also record and analyze financial data.
• Daily reconciliation of sales
• Record financial data, analyze this data, and prepare regular reports
• Regular bookkeeping to ensure accounting is accurate and up-to-date
• Work with the management team in approving company expenses
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Ensure each operational facility has accurate financial data
• Lead the company’s relationship with banks and other financial houses
• Analyze financial data using ERP or Quickbooks and other accounting software
• Relate with external auditors and tax consultants.

Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a similar financial field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Very detailed and not easily distracted
• Should reside near Eliozu
• Should be willing to work Monday to Saturday with one day off a month
• Should be agile, smart, and deeply analytical.
