Job Title: Inventory Data Entry Officer

Job Description
- We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company’s databse or inventory software.
- Ensure all data entries are done accurately and closed out daily.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Update existing records as necessary and ensure that all information is current.
- Generate reports based on entered data and assist in data analysis when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Identify and correct errors in data entry processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
- Assist in training new employees on data entry processes and best practices.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Must reside in or around Eliozu.
- Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
- Should be willing to work mondays to saturdays with one day off in a month.
- Should be willing to work with the company long term.
Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 monthly.

- We are looking for an account officer to assist in managing the company’s finances, to also record and analyze financial data.
- Daily reconciliation of sales
- Record financial data, analyze this data, and prepare regular reports
- Regular bookkeeping to ensure accounting is accurate and up-to-date
- Work with the management team in approving company expenses
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure each operational facility has accurate financial data
- Lead the company’s relationship with banks and other financial houses
- Analyze financial data using ERP or Quickbooks and other accounting software
- Relate with external auditors and tax consultants.
Requirements
- First Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a similar financial field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Very detailed and not easily distracted
- Should reside near Eliozu
- Should be willing to work Monday to Saturday with one day off a month
- Should be agile, smart, and deeply analytical.
- Ready to resume in a few days.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
