We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Genesis Pictures Accountant

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and monitor receivables and payabales
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial records as well as their complaince with relevant laws
  • Remit monthly staff pension
  • Issue weekly invoices to 64 film Exhibitors across the nation
  • Follow up with film exhibitors to ensure that producers WHT are remited as they are deducted
  • Maintain asset registers to determine monthly depreciation
  • Raise transfer instructions for authorization and bank treatment
  • Prepare monthly Financial report
  • Offer guidelines on cost reduction, revenue enhancement and profit maximization to management
  • Prepare monthly income and financial reports
  • Maintain Monthly deferred income and deferred cost schedule
  • Keep records of journal enteries in all transaction.

Salary

N120,000 – 150,000 Monthly.

Job Description

  • Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure
  • Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
  • Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
  • Maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
  • Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware
  • Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations
  • Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively

Job Title: Team Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to ensure Daily Guest Service is prioritised and implement exceptional guest service standard to meet guests expectations (Be positive & Motivate the team)
  • Ensure Guests Film information are always available (film guides, box office tickets and promo materials)
  • Check daily and ensure all tills are operatives and resolve any issues immediately
  • Daily Ensure the cinema is always clean and organised accordingly
  • Follow daily cashing up procedures and security policy to protect assets and revenue. Any cash difference must be resolved immediately
  • Be firm and take immediate action for any Cash or Security Breach to all staff
  • Ensure staff are presentable and have correct uniform
  • Ensure cinema staff are trained on guest service standards
  • Communicate 15min morning and evening meeting goals to office staff
  • Daily review of all disciplinary matters, discuss with OM to resolve them

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 2 years experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly (Gross)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan design concepts for still images and videos by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Contribute to the team’s efforts positively by accomplishing tasks as needed to achieve company goals.
  • Gain an understanding of what the company wants its proposed communications to look like and create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations,
  • Company logos, brochures, websites, and other communication materials to reflect the desired theme and tone of communications with software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop etc.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing samples whilst selecting appropriate type, size and style on creatives to enhance the readability of text and images.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of OND / HND, Certification, or Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

  • Good experience using design and photo editing software such Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.
  • Good experience with creating motion graphics
  • Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics must be available for review.
