Job Description
The duties of a Regional Inventory Manager encompass a wide range of responsibilities that are crucial for the smooth functioning of a company’s supply chain. These duties include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities: This involves ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, while maintaining accurate inventory levels at all times.
  • Developing strategies to optimize inventory control procedures: This includes inspecting levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages and ensuring sufficient product availability across all distribution channels.
  • Liaising with purchasing and sales departments: Collaboration with these teams helps forecast supply and demand trends, preventing stock shortages and excess inventory.
  • Maintaining daily records for invoices and shipments: Accurate record-keeping is essential for tracking inventory movement and identifying products that require replenishment.
  • Managing daily inventory operations: This involves continuously monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and maintaining precise inventory records.
  • Implementing and managing inventory tracking technologies: This includes utilizing RFID asset-tracking systems to provide real-time visibility, reduce labor costs, and improve inventory accuracy.
  • These duties are essential for ensuring the business can meet customer demand efficiently while operating in a cost-effective manner.
  • By optimizing stock levels, inventory managers help minimize storage costs and free up capital that would otherwise be tied up in excess inventory.

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Port Harcourt – Rivers, Enugu and Imo

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Record keeping:  Accountants systematically record every financial transaction in ledgers and journals.
  • This includes tracking income, expenses, and other financial activities to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements: They prepare essential financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. These reports provide a clear picture of the organization’s financial health and are crucial for stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Accountants assist in creating budgets and forecasting future financial trends by analyzing historical data. This helps organizations allocate resources effectively and plan for future financial needs.
  • Tax Preparation and Compliance: One of the critical roles of an accountant is to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. They prepare tax returns, ensure timely filing, and advise on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
  • Financial Analysis: Accountants analyze financial data to help management make informed decisions. This includes conducting variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability assessments to guide strategic planning.
  • Internal Controls and Auditing: They implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure.
  • The accuracy of financial reporting. In larger organizations, accountants may also conduct internal audits to verify compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Communication with Stakeholders: Accountants communicate financial findings and insights to management and other stakeholders, providing recommendations for resource utilization and financial strategies.
  • Continuous Learning and Compliance: Accountants must stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain professional integrity.

Job Title: HR Admin

Location: Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Functions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, promotions, and exit documentation.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and timekeeping systems.
  • Support payroll administration by collating monthly payroll inputs and resolving discrepancies
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and concerns.
  • Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes in line with company policy.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and support welfare programs.
  • Coordinate staff training programs, mandatory certifications, and skills development initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and assist in performance appraisal administration.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 – 3 years experience.

Job Title: Internal Control Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Work with the business to promote a culture of Risk awareness and control and to ensure consistency of practice and approach throughout Corporate Banking
  • Identify and agree best practice with other control functions
  • Work with Operational Risk to identify key data from control incidents
  • Support the wider Internal Control team with projects and the review of processes and controls used across Corporate Banking
  • Assist in the coaching/training of colleagues where appropriate
  • Share experience and knowledge by providing guidance to the wider Internal Control Team Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Complete RCAs of existing and emerging business processes, products and associated IT Systems, reviewing and challenging the identification, evaluation and prioritisation of risks
  • Interact with representatives of the business, providing advice, guidance and support
  • Support the embedding of all relevant risk group and regulatory requirements
  • Develop a framework and process for ongoing Design and Operational Effectiveness testing of key controls.
