Job Title: Expert Email Marketer
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Creation and Management:
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with marketing goals.
- Write engaging and persuasive email copy, including subject lines, body content, and CTAs.
- Design visually appealing email templates using approved brand elements.
- Manage email scheduling, testing, and deployment through email automation tools.
Audience Segmentation and Personalization:
- Build and maintain targeted email lists based on demographics, interests, and customer behavior.
- Segment subscriber lists for personalized campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Monitor key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
- Conduct A/B testing on email content, layouts, and delivery times to optimize results.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Implement improvements based on insights and feedback.
Collaboration and Strategy Development:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Contribute ideas for lead generation, nurturing, and retention through email marketing.
Technical and Database Management:
- Manage and maintain the company’s email database and subscriber lists.
- Ensure accurate tagging, segmentation, and tracking of email campaigns.
- Stay updated with email marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendinBlue, Constant Contact, Klaviyo).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign metrics.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email formatting is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Salary
N100,000 – N250,000 monthly.

Job Description
- The Expert Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing all content published across our company’s social media pages.
- You will develop innovative ideas to increase engagement, grow followers, and maintain a consistent and professional brand image online.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create high-quality, original content (posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics) for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement.
- Track social media analytics to measure performance and optimize content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay current with trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maintain competitive visibility.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, inquiries, and messages.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing social media pages for brands or organizations.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with social media tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar apps.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A portfolio or links to social media pages you currently manage is required.
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
