Job Description
Work content:

• Implement procurement strategies for engineering service categories, manage procurement businesses from E2E to Payment, ensure continuous supply of the corresponding categories, ensure efficient and high-quality delivery, and optimize comprehensive costs, and support the construction of the corresponding category ecosystem.
• Develop supplier selection strategies, organize negotiations with suppliers, and sign contracts.
• Establish, maintain, and optimize the procurement commercial and cost baselines for categories, and ensure the competitive advantage of categories in terms of costs.
• Distribution and assurance of delivery resources: Take charge of the sourcing of managed categories, build the pattern of delivery resources, and ensure stable delivery. Develop delivery resource assurance measures, make arrangements in advance to match supply and demand, coordinate supplier resources to support successful project delivery, and prevent major delivery and quality problems.
• Supplier relationship management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, organize and implement procurement activities such as supplier qualification, selection, performance management, portfolio management, collaboration, and development, and ensure that the supplier obtains the relative competitive edge in procurement.
• Establish a sound internal control environment, implement internal control measures, ensure operation security, and ensure internal and external business compliance.

Work Competency Requirements

• At least 5 years of procurement-related work experience, good cross-department promotion and execution capabilities, familiar with project delivery processes, and familiar with business knowledge and procurement models in the communications industry.
• Be proficient in commercial and compliance knowledge, and understand basic financial and tax knowledge.
• Strong project management ability, proficient in project management methods, good organization and communication skills, procurement and business negotiation experience. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers;
• Have good risk control awareness, be able to quickly identify risks, and develop risk control solutions.

Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

• As a Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll support our Digital Marketing Manager to create impactful B2B marketing content, including videos and images, to drive quality leads and our branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently take videos and edit videos, including rough cut, fine cut, soundtrack, subtitle, music, etc., and output various vertical and horizontal short videos, full video, VLOG, etc..
• Independently take pictures and edit pictures, including brightness, contrast, colour, cropping, adding filters, etc..
• Create B2B content to be used in eNewsletter, blogs, case studies, and social media.
• Coordinate and communicate with different departments to ensure the output quality and process efficiency.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the digital content creation of videos and pictures, or relevant experience.

Job Title: IT Systems Engineer / IT Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview

• We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering IT projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations across systems, servers, and virtualisation platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery and Maintenance:

• Deliver and maintain IT products and systems with minimal supervision, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Independently handle system installation, optimisation, and troubleshooting.

Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019:

• Install, configure, and optimise Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 across all modules.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to Exchange, leveraging 2-3 years of hands-on experience.

Windows Server 2016/2019 Administration:

• Manage and analyse logs related to system freezes, Blue Screen issues, unexpected reboots, etc.
• Investigate and identify root causes of issues, producing high-quality diagnostic reports.

Linux Administration:

• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based systems (approx. 3 years of experience).
• Ensure system performance and stability, resolving issues promptly.

Virtualisation (VMware):

• Administer VMware environments, ensuring efficient virtual machine management and performance.
• Apply virtualisation best practices to support system stability.

Commercial Servers and Storage;

• Manage and troubleshoot commercial server and storage systems (2+ years of experience).
• Perform hardware and software configurations, ensuring high availability and performance.

Cloud Platforms:

• Be familiar with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Implement and manage cloud-based solutions for improved business continuity and scalability.

Networking;

• Design, build, and optimise practical network architectures.
• Utilise basic Datacom skills to enhance system connectivity and network performance.

Product Upgrade and Compliance:

• Handle product upgrades (both software and hardware) for various IT systems and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and vendor-specific guidelines.

Low-Level Design (LLD) and Topology Creation:

• Break down design requirements to create Low-Level Designs (LLD) and topology diagrams.
• Work on the overall infrastructure design, ensuring optimal delivery and performance based on environmental and customer needs.

Data Migration:

• Perform data migration from legacy physical servers or virtual machines to new virtualised platforms.
• Migrate data from old storage solutions to new systems with minimal downtime and disruption.

Project Management and Multi-tasking:

• Handle multiple IT tasks and projects concurrently, ensuring completion without missing deadlines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with organisational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VMware, Linux, AWS/Azure certifications) are a plus.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange installation, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows Server (2016/2019) administration and issue resolution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Linux systems.
• At least 2 years of experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware).
• 2+ years of experience working with commercial servers and storage systems.
• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven experience with network design and implementation, including basic Datacom skills.

Job Title: DWDM Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily maintenance and inspection of equipment, formulating daily inspection plans to ensure stable operation of equipment
• Responsible for problem localisation and analysis of Nokia DWDM and emergency fault handling (fibre interruption, board crash), providing 7*24-hour technical support to ensure MTTR
• Responsible for routine upgrades and network evaluation of Nokia DWDM equipment, identifying network risks
• Responsible for team skills training for Nokia DWDM, enhancing team maintenance capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 10 years work experience.
• Proficient in DWDM/OTN principles, familiar with Nokia PSS and other wavelength division equipment architecture and operations, experience in Nokia DWDM maintenance is preferred

Job Title: Optical Network Engineer (DWDM)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-sales and delivery phase support of major projects in the field of optical networks, and accountable for the outcomes in this domain.
• Handle DTRx/SR requests within the domain, evaluate the feasibility of delivery plans, and identify risks.
• Lead the organization of ITR technical challenges in delivery projects, develop solutions, and drive issue resolution to closure.
• Manage key projects in the domain, use the support operation map to monitor major issues and risks, provide timely warnings, and promote closed-loop resolution.
• Summarize key issues identified during the support process, explore root causes, apply lessons learned, and collaborate with industry, service representatives, and R&D teams for systematic improvements.

Requirements
Technical Skills:

• Proficient in solution design, integration testing, and cutover implementation in the field of optical networks, with delivery and maintenance experience in one or more products.
• Know the basic SDH/DWDM principle. Familiar with DWDM signal e-flow and know how to do troubleshooting.
• Know Huawei/ZTE/Nokia DWDM is better. And need to have the optical layer& electrical layer migration experience.
• Strong team collaboration skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a keen sensitivity to issues.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data communication or optical network project delivery or team management.
