Job Purpose

  • The Team Lead, IOC/NOC Markets plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding strategic client relationships within the International and National Oil Company (IOC/NOC) segment. Acting as the primary point of contact between key clients and the Supply Chain Unit, this role ensures a deep understanding of client needs, delivers tailored solutions, and drives customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • This individual is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance service offerings through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.   • Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years extensive experience in Procurement (preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sector).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing international supply chains and working with global suppliers
  • Proven experience in negotiating local and international contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  • Proven record working with IOCs and NOCs.
