Job Title: Planning Officer

Job Summary
- Responsible for developing and managing the production schedule for all operations.
- Ensure that manufacturing activities are aligned with customer orders, inventory targets, and resource availability to meet delivery deadlines efficiently.
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, inventory, and operations teams to optimize production flow and maintain schedule adherence.
Responsibilities
- Develop the production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed to meet the predicted completion date.
- Monitor and adjust production plans to accommodate changes in demand, supply delays, or equipment availability.
- Create a better workflow that uses company resources more effectively.
- Liaise with Material Controller to ensure timely availability of parts and raw materials to minimize downtime and escalate critical shortages.
- Follow up to ensure assigned jobs align with the plan.
- Update and amend Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system (AX) based on design changes, substitutions, or corrective actions from engineering.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery. Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
- Generate production reports.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 5 years work experience.

Job Title: Senior Store Officer
Location: Nigeria

Brief Description
- Plan, coordinate and maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. Secure warehouse, implement and maintain all stores and warehouses policies and procedures.
Duties
- Staff Management (No Shortage of Staff at any given point of time)
- Receiving of items from Production (On daily basis – Quantity produced by factory need to be moved 100% to Store under canopy storage)
- Oversee stocks movement inside store, CBU Container Offloading – No demurrage policy.
- Bank Release confirmation need to be sent with in 30mins of Delivery plan.
- PDI done on daily basis for Min/Max Quantity for each model.
- Responsible for Internal Bad stocks (All stocks should be in good condition)
- Store Management – Inventory Control, follow up for stock taking as per the company norms- Perpetual weekly & Monthly, Cleanliness & Hygiene on floor, Maintaining Stacking Norms. FIFO LIFO as applicable, Fire & Safety standards should be followed, Utilization of available resources, Damage Control, Effective utilization of Space.
- Store Documentation as per the process – (On time GRN’s submission 24HRS, updating bin cards)
- Quarterly – Stock Audit.
- Material handling training for casual loaders / mallams / In house Staffs (Quarterly)
- Warehouse resource planning (Loaders, Forklifts, Pallets trucks etc.)
- Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 5 – 8 years of work experience.

- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.

- Ensuring reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment in the plant.
- Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as implementing improvements and upgrades to electrical systems.
Duties
- Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks, including inspections, testing, and repairs.

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and electrical safety.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems , reading drawings , electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures according to specifications
- Ability to diagnose and repair electricalproblems in machines .
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and maintenance staff .
- Maintain records on electrical control system operations, maintenance, and repairs
- Address emergencies or urgent issues related to electrical systems
- Good understanding of electrical schematics, engineering drawings and principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve electrical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
