Job Title: Executive Assistant

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and confidential documents with discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Oversee office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations as required

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role

  • Location: Must reside within Magodo, Ikeja, Berger, Ketu, or nearby areas
