Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Officer

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking to engage a competent facility officer whose primary responsibility would be to oversee all our restaurant appliances/ equipments.
  • The ideal candidate would be responsible for the perfect working condition of all electrical and mechanical equipments including generating sets with an overall cost cutting initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure both electrical and mechanical equipments and appliances are in good working condition at all outlets.
  • Act immediately there is a report of fault of any appliances and equipments at any outlet to determine the need for repairs.
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
  • Supervise artisans and third party vendors during maintenance and repairs.

Requirements and Skills

  • First Degree or relevant qualification
  • 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as facilities officer from a quick service restaurant.
  • Well-versed in technical operations, utility and facilities management best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Possess multitasking ability.

Job Title: Revenue Assurance Officer

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Handle bank reconcilation which includes cash, transfer and point of sale (POS) transactions.
  • Handle stock reconciliation in retail outlet assigned
  • Responsible for finance activities of the business as assigned
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the head of finance and account.

Requirements

  • Must be a recent graduate and have completed the mandatory one year scheme of the NYSC
  • Must be zealous and result driven
  • Good knowledge of excel and spreadsheet with be an added advantage
  • Must not be sentimental in line of duty and must be good with numbers.
  • Ready to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
  • Open to learning more about finance and auditing duties.
  • Must be available for immediate employment.

Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verify and inspect incoming products with the support of the store officer.
  • Accept products under the criteria defined by the organization.
  • Escalate discrepancies, damages and any other issue .
  • Perform cycle counts and month end counts process:
  • Generate, perform, enter, and reconcile daily inventory cycle counts.
  • Generate, perform and process inventory.
  • Identify optimal storage strategies for high usage products that are susceptible to inventory count inaccuracies.
  • Identify and implement solutions to any inherent issues that have the potential to impact inventory accuracy.
  • Perform count to critical products in a daily, weekly and/or monthly manner.
  • Conduct accurate inventories as scheduled for internal and external warehouses.
  • Compile the end of month inventory reconciliation.
  • Identify and implement cost savings ideas in all areas of the business that the incumbent is responsible to manage.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers and other departments as appropriate.
  • Participate in special project teams as assigned.
  • Perform special studies as requested or required within all areas of responsibility.
  • Perform all other duties as requested or assigned relevant to the position/company.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of two years experience in the same role preferably from a retail business.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to develop reports and analyze data to initiate problem solving.
  • Must be a team player with ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and follow-up on requests.

Job Title: Internal Auditor

Location: Nigeria

JobDescription

  • The Internal Auditor will responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of audit processes, procedures and methodologies, developing and monitoring customized audit program, planning and performing operational audits to ensure compliance with applicable corporate standards and generally accepted internal audit standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute scheduled audits including planning, preparation, execution, reporting and follow-up in accordance with accepted professional
  • Develop audit scopes, including assigning internal controls and risk areas
  • Perform various aspects of execution of risk-based operational audits
  • Document all information pertaining to audit results including findings, opportunities, and observations
  • Follow up with management on remedial action
  • Prepare Audit and Executive Summary reports
  • Promote value and recommendations including efficiency and cost-savings opportunities
  • Evaluate the overall efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and risk areas in compliance with applicable process standards
  • Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as ability to use appropriate judgment and discretion
  • Assist with implementing audit tools to improve audit efficiencies
  • Create, revise and document Internal Audit policies and procedures
  • Create, revise and submit Internal Audit Charter and Audit Plan to Management for approval as needed
  • Coordinate and conduct special audits, investigations, and/or ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision and direction
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting and must have experience in the same role from a retail business or FMCG.
  • Minimum of 4years internal auditing experience is required
  • Proficient with standard concepts, procedures, protocols and methodologies within the auditor field
  • Team oriented, effectively interact with peers, management and other internal customers
  • Good understanding, comprehension, and ability to articulate auditing and accounting concepts
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience in the presentation and argumentation of working results
  • Compatible for teamwork, creativity and structured working manner

  • Responsible to ensure there’s adequate, unexpired inventory of misc. supplies to meet production requirements (raw materials, packaging materials and supplies)
  • Ensure materials/product received in accordance with company-related policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and practice necessary safety procedures and signs.
