We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Golf X Growth and Sales Manager

Location: Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To:  Assistant General Manager

Overview

  • The Golf X Growth and Sales Manager is responsible for driving the commercial growth of Golf X by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that increase participation, and revenue across all Golf X activities. This includes managing lifestyle and sports-related sales—particularly paddle tennis, wellness programs, and other recreational offerings—while ensuring alignment with the operational and revenue objectives of the facility.
  • This role works closely with the Golf X Revenue and Operations Manager to ensure a seamless guest experience and to translate growth strategies into measurable results.

Working Hours:

  • Due to the nature of the business, the Growth and Sales Manager is expected to maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts, depending on event schedules and operational demands.

Key Interactions:

  • External Interactions: Hospitality Guests, Golfers, Lakowe Lakes Residents
  • Internal Interactions: All Lakowe Lakes Staff

Sales and Business Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase memberships, participation, and event bookings across Golf X facilities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the Golf X brand.
  • Lead initiatives to promote paddle tennis, wellness programs, and lifestyle experiences to attract diverse audiences.
  • Drive group and corporate engagement through creative packages and experiences tailored to target markets.
  • Monitor performance of sales initiatives and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Marketing and Brand Promotion:

  • Work with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations that enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, materials, and digital campaigns to communicate the Golf X experience effectively.
  • Represent Golf X at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to drive awareness and partnerships.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, partners, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Develop retention programs to encourage repeat patronage and long-term loyalty.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Golf X Revenue and Operations Manager to align sales efforts with operational capacity and service delivery.
  • Liaise with relevant departments including marketing, guest services, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of Golf X events and experiences that enhance the brand’s appeal.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales metrics and customer data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and market insights for management review.
  • Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, packages, and promotions based on demand and market conditions

KPIs

  • Guest satisfaction ratings and positive feedback.
  • Timeliness in handling requests and follow-ups.
  • Accuracy and completeness of records and documentation.
  • Professionalism and compliance with service standards.
  • Contribution to departmental goals and overall guest experience quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing within hospitality, sports, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of premium lifestyle and leisure markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical ability.

Role Overview

  • As a Guest Experience Liaison Officer, you’ll blend safety oversight with hands-on instruction—onboarding guests onto the Trackman platform, teaching swing basics, and guiding them through game modes to maximize fun and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a mandatory safety briefing before each session: outline bay rules, club-handling guidelines, and emergency procedures.
  • Provide a concise, engaging tutorial on the Trackman interface: registration, game selection, club tracking features, and scoring.
  • Offer personalized swing tips—demonstrate grips, stances, and basic swing mechanics for first-time golfers.
  • Assist guests with technology glitches or questions; escalate hardware/software issues to the Golf X Business Manager.
  • Monitor bay activity continuously to enforce safety protocols and intervene if unsafe play is observed.
  • Gather guest feedback on their experience and share insights with the management team to refine training materials.

Swing Shift: 1pm to 9pm

Overview

  • The Guest Services Officer manages Golf X’s front-of-house flow—confirming bookings, assigning bays, processing payments, and fielding inquiries to create a seamless first impression.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and walk-ins, confirm reservations, and update the booking system in real time.
  • Assign bay numbers based on group size, availability, and any VIP or corporate requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of promotions, pricing packages, and special event schedules.
  • Respond promptly to guest questions—via phone, email, or in person—about hours, pricing, packages, or technology features.
  • Coordinate no-shows or last-minute changes, rerouting walk-ins or waitlist customers as needed.
  • Assist guests with function of all Golf X features.
  • Log and track all guest complaints.
  • Promptly communicate all requests to appropriate departments.
  • Assist in solving billing discrepancies.
  • Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
  • Utilize property management system and all other required technology to carry out daily responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years in reservations, front-desk, or guest-services roles; experience with CRM or booking platforms is a plus.
  • Strong numerical accuracy

Job Title: Multi-Outlet Supervisor

Job Summary

  • The Multi-Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the Lakowe complex — including the Lodge on 18, Golf Club, Grill Room, Revivo, Golf X, and all event venues.
  • The role ensures seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards across all outlets, supporting both guest satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the operations of all F&B outlets and events, ensuring consistency in service, product quality, and guest experience.
  • Implement and maintain service standards and SOPs in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, and Executive Chef.
  • Oversee and implement training programs to ensure guest focused operations
  • Monitor staff performance, grooming, and conduct across outlets, ensuring professionalism and compliance with company policies.
  • Support outlet supervisors in daily briefings, service readiness checks, and shift management.
  • Liaise with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
  • Oversee event setups, service execution, and breakdowns, ensuring operational readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing special promotions, functions, and seasonal events.
  • Monitor sales, guest feedback, and service recovery actions to continuously improve performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between outlets, stores, and management regarding requisitions, stock usage, and operational needs.
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance standards in all outlets.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and updates for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–6 years’ experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-outlet role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and event service standards.
  • Hospitality management diploma or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools.
