Job Title: Editorial Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Publish imported articles, create Facebook pictures and link posts for them, and share on the platform.
- Republish evergreen articles and create 6-8 picture posts for them to share on Facebook.
- Monitor and republish top posts on Facebook.
- Some other tasks as assigned by management (Whatsapp posting, etc)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Media or Communications;
- At least 2 year experience in the role of editor or CMS manager;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Impeccable literacy;
- Experience in using social media platforms and CMS (WordPress, others)
- A systematic approach to getting things done;
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle crises effectively;
- Knowledge of the Nigerian media landscape is highly desirable;
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva or some other editing software.
