Job Title: Occupational Health Physician

Location: Ughelli, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a licensed Occupational Health Physician to deliver quality, evidence-based care to clients and staff, while driving preventive health initiatives across partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct occupational and medical fitness consultations.
  • Diagnose and manage work-related and general health conditions.
  • Perform and interpret occupational diagnostic tests.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential medical records.
  • Design and deliver corporate wellness and prevention programs.
  • Support outpatient clinic and participate in alternate weekend calls.
  • Drive service expansion and participate in quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • MBBS Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine (PGD, MSc, or PhD).
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably with exposure to occupational health.
  • Full registration and valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Certification or diploma in Occupational Health.
  • Health and safety certification is an advantage.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Summary

  • The Laboratory Technician will assist in the preparation and analysis of specimens, ensuring all laboratory procedures comply with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, label, and prepare specimens for testing.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of samples to maintain integrity.
  • Assist Laboratory Scientists in conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests.

  • Membership of a relevant professional body such as Association of Nigeria Dispensing
  • Opticians (ANDO) or Optometry and Dispensing Optician Board of Nigeria (O.D.O.B.N).
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
  • Outstanding communication (oral and written), interpersonal and people MANAGEMENT skills.
  • Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
