Job Title: Instrument Maintenance Technician II
Location: Nigeria
Main Functions
- Installs and maintains instrument equipment in compliance with all rules and practices.
- Tests and repairs instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment to ensure adherence to established performance
levels and product quality. - Evaluates instruments to establish plans for repair. Documents and verifies problems and actions taken.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility according to the laws, regulations, standards, specifications, and procedures. Special emphasis must be placed on health, safety,
- and the environment
- Supports and encourages team effort between operations, engineering, and projects groups
- Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices
- Is responsible and accountable for control systems as defined in the Work Management Manual
- Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual
- Ensures the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the Maintenance Program
- Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others)
- Attends and instructs (as needed) technical meetings, to keep instrument technicians informed of the latest
- specifications, codes, procedures, and technology
- Develops and maintains open communications on control issues (for example, safe work practices, training,
- materials, and others) with co-workers
- Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
- Provides technical support to other Technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting on company’s instrument systems
- Is able to generate Management of Change requests (MOCs) on control-related equipment and installation and can follow up with installation inspections consistent with oi System (oi) Element 3
- Constructs, monitors, and inspects new installations for their consistency with the mission and recommend upgrades as necessary
- Acts as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead position as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree preferably enhanced by related technical school courses
- Experience in maintaining Instruments and Controls in processing plant or offshore production plant
General Technical Skills:
- Is familiar with regulations applicable to the operations of oil and gas facilities oi systems, related manuals, and procedures
Specific Technical Skills:
- Meets the safety, administrative, and technical training requirements associated with this position as documented in the company operations-approved training roadmap
- Possesses the general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competency requirements as documented and maintained in company Operations Training roadmap

Job Title: Completions Engineer III
Location: Nigeria
Main Functions
- Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate all phases of planning and completing a well
- Ensure the geological and reservoir objectives of the well are met while assuring the highest standards of
- engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied to the well design and execution.
- Prepare designs and well plans representing the optimal costs and investments for the wells.
- In a Technical role, provide review and support to Drill team designs and operations described in the main functions: above, as well as evaluate and progress new technology. Could include subsea technology.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to the Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 Completions Engineer must:
- Facilitate the preparation and monitor capital budgets relating to completions and well design.
- Ensure accurate and sustainable quality of data for timing projects
- Interact daily with completion foreman, drilling leadership, etc.
- Interact with completion Service Company representing to improve efficiency operations and cost out lays
- Identify and apply industry best practices as applicable
- Work in conjunction with safety, environmental and field operations personnel to optimize safety performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- BS Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Broad and extensive knowledge of completions design, equipment, operations, standards and specifications.
- This could include subsea systems technology.
- Strong personal effectiveness in leadership, communications, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
- Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
Specific Requirements:
- Legacy MPN offshore and regional well construction experience preferred
- Extensive experience with jack up rig operations
- Currently working actively as a senior completion / wells engineer

Job Title: Marine Advisor II
Locations: Lagos, Akwa Ibom and Rivers
Main Functions
- Works to assure the safe and efficient turnaround of gas carriers and condensate tankers.
- This will include assisting with the management and oversight of all associated critical contractors including tug, and port
services providers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, Level 2:
- Advising on pre-job planning and writing procedures
- Performing Risk Assessment
- Being the client field representative offshore on marine activities advising Lead Drilling Supervisor or
- Completion Supervisor i.e. D&C PIC.
- Conduct post job debrief and submit post job report.
- Conduct rig move activities
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior marine experience as a senior officer position – required
- Master Mariners license – required
- Experience in the company operations organization – preferred
- University degree required
- Have led a minimum of 10 (ten) Jack Up rig moves at platform operations
- Have experience in performing rig inspection for marine related equipment.
- Candidates without the above requirements will be considered, dependent on experience.
- Strong culture of ‘Nobody Gets Hurt’
- Expert knowledge of current large tanker applied mooring operations and best practices
- Strong knowledge of applied Operations Integrity Systems, specifically oi 8-1
- Specific Requirements
- Prior marine experience as a senior officer position – required
- Master Mariners license – required
- Experience in the company operations organization – preferred
- Have led a minimum of 10 (ten) Jack Up rig moves and support vessel operations offshore
- Have experience in performing rig inspection for marine related equipment.
