Job Summary
- We are in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant who can also provide support in basic Accounting and Human Resources Functions.
- The ideal candidate must be dedicated, experienced and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative tasks.
- Handles emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Arrange reports, prepare documents and organize filling systems.
- Assist in recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Help accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Familiar with HR documentations.
Requirements
- A Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience with 3 years or more experience in accounting and administrative tasks with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Outlook Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to work Independently.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.

Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary
- We are in need of an accountant that will be responsible for preparing, examining and analyzing financial records.
- A person that can provide the insights into financial performance, assist with tax preparation, payee & Vat and also pay attention to details, analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles that are essential to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
- Calculate tax, filing returns and advising on tax- saving strategies.
- Interpret financial data to support business decisions.
- Monitor the cash inflows and outflows to ensure Liquidity.
- Process salaries deductions and benefits.
- Work with multiple clients on auditing tax and consulting.
- Support Internal and external audits.
Requirements
- A Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience with 3 years or more experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Accounting software.
- Must have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to work Independently.
Salary
N350,000 / month

- We are seeking a skilled Email Marketer to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and close deals through effective email campaigns. You will craft compelling emails, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through personalize emails.
- Generate leads and close deals by creating compelling emails with email Marketing tools such as HubSpot, Convert Kit, etc.
- Analyze metrics (open rates, Click- through rates (CTR), and conversion rates)
- Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices with clear and prominent CTAs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Art, or related field.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dailymotion, Constant Contact)
- 2-3 years of experience in email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of copywriting, design, content creation and analytical skills.
- Experience with A/B testing analysis by using the results to improve future email campaigns with optimization methods.
- Knowledge of email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
