- Maintain organized filing systems for all written communications.
- Ensure smooth office operations through accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Exceptional writing, editing and proof reading ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.

Job Description
- Prepare, review, and edit detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications accurately.
- Draft clear, well-structured reports, letters, and cost summaries for management and clients.
- Review and verify subcontractor quotations, contracts, and progress claims for accuracy.
- Maintain precise records of project costs, variations, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions and ensure all documentation is grammatically correct and well-presented.
- Read and analyze project documents to identify cost-related risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure written communications are consistent and professional.
- Ensure all written documentation complies with company and client standards.
Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret complex technical and legal documents.
- Exceptional grammar, spelling, and report-writing proficiency.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS software.
