Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all client contracts and project lifecycles from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee the deployment and performance of field equipment and operations personnel.
  • Ensure robust project planning, budgeting, and control mechanisms are in place.
  • Drive quality assurance, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction across all service operations.
  • Mentor and develop operations teams to enhance productivity and engagement.

Requirements

  • Professional membership in Engineering (COREN or NSE) is a requirement.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the oil & gas upstream service sector, with at least 5-7 years in operations leadership.

  • Financial services Industry/ Capital Markets experience, some investment banking and advisory experience is beneficial.
  • Applicants will need to demonstrate the above and other skills which include demonstrating an extensive knowledge of and/or a proven record of success in the following areas.
  • Advising multi-national, publicly traded companies & private equity firms on a broad range of financial reporting, & capital markets topics including:
  • IPOs, debt offerings, private placements.
