Job Title: Event Sponsorship & Partnership Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to spearhead sponsorship acquisition and brand partnerships for our high-profile events.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills to identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorships that align with our brand’s vision.
- The ideal candidate will build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Acquisition & Management:
- Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors and partners that align with our event goals.
- Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to brand objectives.
- Negotiate and secure sponsorship deals, ensuring mutual value for both parties.
- Manage sponsorship deliverables and ensure all agreements are fulfilled before, during, and after events.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate brands, media partners, and industry leaders.
- Develop creative partnership opportunities that drive value for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, content) to enhance partner visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Work closely with all teams to integrate sponsors into event experiences.
- Ensure smooth execution of sponsorship activations, brand placements, and deliverables.
- Oversee on-site partner engagements and networking opportunities.
- Evaluate sponsorship impact and generate post-event reports for sponsors.
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Develop revenue strategies to maximize sponsorship income.
- Create new sponsorship packages tailored to different brands and budgets.
- Analyze competitor sponsorship models and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship agreements, budgets, and revenue projections.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of securing sponsorships and managing brand collaborations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create persuasive pitch decks and sponsorship proposals.
- Understanding of event marketing, audience engagement, and brand activations.
- Experience working in media, entertainment, or event industries is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet revenue targets, and manage multiple projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

Desired Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or business development – Digital/ Creative/ Media/ Marketing/SaaS/ Advertising industries preferred.
- A creative thinker who can connect 360° digital to all aspects of a client’s business and drive growth opportunities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing – a professional qualification is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing software, such as HubSpot and Pardot
- Detailed understanding of social media networks and media marketing methods.
- Excellent networking skills and a demonstrated ability in key client/partner relationship management
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment with dynamic business priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM is desirable.
- Portfolio of previous marketing projects.

- Pulse is seeking an experienced Graphics Designer to join the team.
- As a Graphic Designer will be responsible to interpret client requirements into engaging designs and also bring creativity and fresh ideas to our online marketing efforts by creating impressive visuals that attractattention on-brands.
Responsibilities
- Work with Clients/Account Managers to produce great designs.
- Create designs and layouts with high visual impact that will appeal to our audience across the various Pulse platforms/channels.
- Quality control of designs and layouts including proofreading for spelling and grammar.
- Gather information and data for design briefs through research and demonstrate illustrative skills withrough sketches.
- You may be required to manage more than one brief at a time and will have to allocate the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job – ensuring that deadlines are met on all design projects.
- Responsibility for securing appropriate rights, licenses and clearances for image usage to avoid copyright infringement.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.
- Work with a wide range of media, including photography and interactive design.
- Ensure the proper organisation and backup of graphic design work.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media and keep up to date with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and other relevant software from the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain strong, trusting relationships with all internal and external collaborators – clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in graphic design or relevant fields
- Motion graphics proficiency
- Solid understanding of design principles and practices
- A good understanding of UI/UX design

Communications & Cross-Functional Support:
- Assist in implementing internal communication strategies, including newsletters and employee engagement initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to source content (client testimonials, project highlights, case studies, employee relations, etc.) for corporate communications.
- Support planning and coordination for corporate events, industry summits, and Pulse’s presence at key industry engagements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Google SGE, ChatGPT, and other AI-driven tools,
- 1-2 years experience in communications, digital marketing, editorial or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling corporate content.

- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
