Job Title: Head of Business Operation

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Key Responsibilities
The role includes:

  • Leading daily operations and driving performance improvements
  • Spearheading business growth and expanding market presence
  • Overseeing sales execution and hitting revenue targets
  • Coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Managing partner relationships and key stakeholders
  • Aligning operations with strategic business objectives.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:

  • Over 5 years’ experience in operations or business leadership roles
  • A strong track record of scaling revenue and efficiency
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Expertise in sales strategy and execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A solid understanding of business systems and KPIs.

Salary
N450,000 – N600,000 Monthly.

  • Ensuring safety, quality, and full regulatory compliance
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
  • Leading initiatives to boost operational efficiency and control costs.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of LPG systems and plant operations
  • Strong leadership in logistics, distribution, and compliance
  • Experience managing teams and streamlining workflows
  • Expertise in HSE standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and a results-driven mindset.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
