Job Title: GTM Insights Manager

Description 

  • We are currently recruiting for a GTM insights manager who’ll be responsible for driving sales effectiveness through automation, compliance monitoring, and data-driven insights.
  • This role ensures that key sales performance indicators (KPIs) are met by leveraging data analytics, identifying root causes of underperformance, and recommending corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Force Automation and Optimization
  • Call Compliance and Performance Monitoring
  • Sales Performance Analysis
  • KPI Measurement and Reporting.
  • Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Track and analyze sales achieved per store to measure performance against targets.
  • Provide real-time insights and performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and patterns in sales data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Define and measure agreed-upon KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key sales metrics.
  • Work closely with sales teams to drive accountability and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales performance analysis, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Experience with sales automation tools and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Knowledge of sales force automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Attention to detail and ability to enforce compliance standards.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Liaise with external agencies, including creative, media, and PR, to execute brand initiatives.
  • Analyze brand performance using key metrics such as market share, sales growth, and consumer feedback.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on brand health and marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Ensure overall business strategies, goals, and changes from senior leadership are understood and successfully executed. Communicate the unit goals to the team, motivating them in the accomplishment of set goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • 5-7 years of work experience, 2 of which should be a managerial role in a Brand Manager position.
  • Candidate must have proven experience in FMCG.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role, with a proven track record of maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting end-user computing devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices), including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewall settings. Hands-on experience in implementing and managing IT security measures, such as antivirus software, patch management, and access controls. Proven ability to provide technical support and training to end-users, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
