Job Title: Sales Capability Manager

Job Description
- We are currently recruiting for a Sales Capability Manager who’ll lead the training and development of sales staff across regions to achieve exceptional performance.
Responsibilities
- Sales Training Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales training strategies that align with the company’s sales goals and market dynamics.
- Skill Development: Identify training needs and deliver targeted sales training programs to enhance the product knowledge, selling skills, and negotiation capabilities of the sales team.
- Continuous Learning: Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement by providing access to resources, workshops, and tools to enhance sales capabilities.
- Performance Metrics: Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of sales training initiatives on the team’s performance
- Feedback Mechanisms: Develop feedback mechanisms to gather input from sales teams and use this feedback to continually refine training programs.
- Sales Competency Framework: Create and maintain a competency framework for sales roles, clearly defining the skills and knowledge required for success.

- Technology Integration: Explore and recommend sales technology solutions and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Product Knowledge: Ensure sales staff is well-versed in the full range of beverage products, production processes, and unique selling points.
- Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns, driving market share growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training and development, preferably in the manufacturing or beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and training software and tools.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of improving sales team performance.

Job Title: Legal Counsel – Operations

Position Overview
- The Legal Counsel acts as first point of contact between SBC’s plants, the supply chain functionand the headquarters on legal and regulatory affairs (excluding disciplinary matters).
- They alsomanagethe group’s real estate portfolio.
Main Responsibilties
- Keep abreast of all relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards which affect SBC’s manufacturing operations to ensure the company’s products and plants meet compliance requirements.
- Provide support to the Regulatory Affairs Team on queries relating to factory compliance, production process, product composition, and product labeling.
- Alert the Industry Affairs team on all relevant pending, imminent, and actual regulatory developments which affect SBC’s manufacturing operations.
- Manage product liability claims (in conjunction with the insurer)
- Management of SBC’s and related parties’ real estate transactions (commercial and industrial tenancies, leaseholds, freeholds).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law Degree
- Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria
- At least 5-7 years’ post-call experience in similar role
- Industry skills: Experience in regulatory affairs, manufacturing andproperty management.

Job Title: Utility Manager

Position Overview
- He/ She is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment at the utility equipment steam boilers, generators, air compressors, power distribution equipment, water treatment plant, effluent treatment plant etc. to ensure quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manages Utility equipment like steam boilers, generators, aircompressors, power distribution equipment, water treatment plant, effluent treatment plant etc. to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain all equipment under utilities to ensuring availability and reliability minimizing down time.
- Maintain and operate the CO2 plant and associated supply networks points as per specification.
- Carry out equipment monitoring as per checklist, document findings and recommend actions to be taken. Write equipment shift operation report.
- Lubricate equipment as specified in the lubrication chart and documentation. Clean and wash all stains on equipment after lubrication
- Ensure the compliance to good manufacturing practice, food safety practice, good environmental management system, and occupational health and safety practices in all line activities.
- Monitor and ensure CCPs critical limits are not exceeded at the Dominik Hunter and Filler. Monitoring of control points, PRPs and oPRPs in beverage manufacture process to prevent food safety related hazards.
- Perform condition-based maintenance on all utility equipment using CMMS. (SAP-PM).
Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 – 7 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience is a MUST.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a beverage bottling company in a managerial capacity.
- Experienced in budgeting and people management
- Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety.

- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) can be beneficial, showcasing skills in managing IT projects.
- Technical Certifications relevant to the organization’s IT infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) demonstrate hands-on skills and knowledge in specific technologies.
