Job Title: Female Cashier

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must be analytical, proactive and result-oriented. In addition, she must be trustworthy and accountable.

Core Responsibilities

  • Raising of receipts
  • Raising of sales invoices
  • System matching of receipts & invoices in the orion erp software
  • Keeping records of cash and bank receipt issued daily in the cashier register
  • Reconciliation of system receipts with cashier register
  • Lodgment of cash sales to the bank
  • Reconciliation of invoices, receipts & tellers
  • Collation of invoices, receipts & tellers and sending to the branch accountant on a daily basis
  • Signing-off reconciled cashier register with the accountant & manager
  • Sending of reconciled copy of cashier register to the auditor
  • Keeping record of postdated cheques in the prescribed format, submit report weekly to credit control

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in finance, accounting, business administration, social sciencesor any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

 

 

Job Title: Loading Supervisor

Location: Amuwo – Odofin, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Individual would be responsible for checking inbound or outbound goods
  • Assign and monitor tasks to workers according to loading schedule
  • Verify the goods being issued out
  • Able to schedule goods in and out of storage area
  • Train new employees on the job
  • Determine and ensure goods are loaded in conformance to loading patterns and to prevent damage while loading annd in transit
  • Ability to work with teams and ensure organisational goals are achieved
  • The individual must be able to prioritize and execute tasks within scheduled time limits
  • Collect information lists and tracking documents
  • Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Understand manpower, machine availability, priorities and deadlines
  • Conduct handover meeting when shift change happens to update the new workers on the status of activities
  • Ensure periodic reviews to maintain productivity

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND, BSc qualification with 3 – 6 years experience.

Job Title: Female Customer Service Representative

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive customers and address all issues concerning their faulty products.
  • Prepare Job Card for all jobswith proper classification i.e.warranty or non-warranty.
  • Forward all Job Card and faulty products to the Service centre supervisor.
  • Preparation ofdefective parts failure report( Panel , PCB & Compressor )
  • Preparation of daily work report.
  • Daily follow up on the engineers to confirm status of jobs.
  • Responsible for Happy calls to customers and dealers.
  • Responsible for Spare part request in line with job card details.
  • Responsible for Job completion feedback to the customer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications –MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

 

 

Job Title: Loading Clerk

Location: Amuwo – Odofin, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • The Ideal candidate should be able to Over see packages loaded into the trucks, co-ordinate and monitor the activities allocated to your area.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of records ( inbound / outbound ) in a timely manner, making sure they are same with what was invoiced.
  • Communicate closely with Supervisors to ensure all physical wares are recorded.
  • Maintain good practises with focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Performance at all times must be able to meet the expectation.
  • Report on shipment and Inventory level.
  • Maintain warehouse premises clean and neat.
  • Check and inspect all the equipment and materials before packing.
  • Prepare and verify supplies before distribution.
  • Process and handle papers and documents relating to warehouse supplies.
  • Ability to work on a team and deliver results within a given time frame

Requirements

Job Title: Credit Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Gathering information about clients.
  • To assess the creditworthiness of an individual or company.
  • Reading financial briefings.
  • Assessing, analysing and interpreting complicated financial information.
  • Undertaking risk analysis by developing statistical models.
  • Visiting clients.
  • Keeping company credit exposures within set risk bearing limits.
  • Completing loan application forms and submitting to loan committees for approval
  • Using credit-scoring systems for small credit amounts (such as small unsecured personal loans)
  • Keeping knowledge of key issues up-to-date (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues)
  • Helping to enhance the quality of credit applications.
  • Making recommendations about procedural/policy changes.
  • Must be able to handle very high levels of responsibility in their jobs.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Masters Degree with 4 – 5 years work experience.
