- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the logistics industry.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics sector.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets.
Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs in the logistics industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to meet revenue goals.
- Track sales metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.

- Proven years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, transportation industry and FMCG
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of logistics software and tools is advantageous.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Contract)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
- Following up with clients or customers via phone calls or emails to check that they’re satisfied with the services rendered.
- Determining the quickest, most effective way to answer customers’ questions.
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary.
- Manage large volume of incoming phone calls.

- Must follow up on customers’ issues to ensure a satisfied resolution.

- Must have at least NCE or OND.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Title: COD Accountant
Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities
- Process COD payments, handle cash and cheque transactions, and update records.
- Track and reconcile COD payments from drivers, agents and customers.
- Reconcile COD accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Generate invoices and manage COD billing for customers.
- Manage settlements with drivers and agents, ensuring accurate payment and reconciliation.
- Prepare regular reports on COD collections, outstanding amounts, and other relevant metrics.
- Investigate and resolve COD discrepancies ensuring timely resolution.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth COD operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a COD Accountant
- Must have basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Must give timely and accurate data.
- Must have integrity
- Must pay attention to details.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must be proficient in excel.
- Good customer service skills.
- Having an accounting professional certification is an added advantage.

Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- We are seeking a cleaner who ensures the place of residence is always clean and sanitary.
- She will perform a range of duties, including dusting or mopping and sweeping floors.
- Must also make sure restrooms and common areas stay fresh by performing routine inspections every day at specified times.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Ensuring adequate supplies of cleaning products are available.
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
- Informing the Admin Manager of repairs that need to be done.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins.
- Other duties assigned from time to time.
Skills and Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of SSCE.
- Must be between the ages of 20- 25 years.
- Proven work experience as a Cleaner.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- A keen eye for detail is crucial for thorough cleaning.
- Effectively communicating with supervisors and colleagues.
- Completing tasks efficiently and within a given timeframe.
- Addressing any unexpected cleaning issues that may arise.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
