We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketing / Procurement Officer
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall strategy of the purchasing department , formula policy plan and budget and optimize the supplier resources pool
- Performing all procurement activities , including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreement , preparing contract and tender management.
- Leading bulk purchase Negotiations , ensuring supply chain stability and cost control
- Identify emerging markets to find new opportunities
- Documents and Reports on daily operations and production metrics .
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.SC in Purchasing & Supply, Marketing or other related courses
- Must have a cognate experience in procuring scrap PET bottles
- Must have work or have experience in recycling industry
- Minimum of 3 years procurement /marketing experience in the recycling industry.

Job Responsibilities
Partnership and Development:
- Identify and approach manufacturer and dealers who align with our e-commere platforms product category and target market.
- Negotiate term, pricing and agreement with potential partners to ensure mutual beneficial outcomes.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with manufacturer and dealers to ensure ongoing partnership.
Market Research:
- Condition thorough marker Research to identify potential suppliers in different industries
- Stay up to date with trends in manufacturing, products demand and market shifts to target the right partners.
Onboarding and Integration:
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of manufacturer and dealers onto the e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate supplier products, ensuring they are actually listed, categorized and promoted.
Sales Growth:
- Drive sales by expanding the product range and ensuring a steady supply of high – quality products from manufacturer.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize exposure and sales of new partners.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the performance of onboarded manufacturer and dealers to ensure to ensure they meet sales targets and customers satisfaction
- Provide feedback and support to partner to help them optimize their products listing and sale performance.
Compliance and Quality Control:
- Ensure that all products from partners manufacturer and dealers meet quality, safety and legal standards required for the platform.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’ s Degree in Marketing or related disciplines with at least 3 years experience.
