Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Nigeria

Job Purpose
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist would be responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard qualified talents and skilled workers based on project recruitment, this includes managing workforce planning, talent sourcing, mobilization, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement tailored talent acquisition process aligned with project needs and manpower forecasts.
- Partner with project managers, line managers (Engineering, Construction, HSE, QA/QC, etc.), and contractors to define manpower needs for each project phase.
Talent Sourcing & Selection:
- Lead sourcing initiatives for project-specific roles (engineering, fabrication, procurement, site construction, commissioning, etc.).
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments with project managers
Workforce Mobilization:
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding logistics.
- Monitor mobilization schedules to meet construction milestones.
Employer Branding & Stakeholder Management:
- Promote the project as an employer of choice through targeted communication and branding campaigns.
- Partner with other team members to enhance candidate engagement and retention.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate manpower dashboards and recruitment trackers.
- Generate weekly/monthly recruitment status reports and present them to project management.
- Monitor key metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, mobilization rate, attrition rate).
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and project ethics.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Performance Indicators
- Recruitment cycle time and position fill rate
- Compliance with the project manpower plan
- Cost-per-hire and retention rate
- Quality of hire and mobilization efficiency

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent preferred.
- 10–20 years HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in construction or oil & gas projects.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume technical and field recruitment.

Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of payroll processing for both office and site-based employees.
- Ensure compliance with PAYE, PENSION administration, group life insurance and all other statutory deductions, accurate and timely compilation of monthly salary, overtime and other allowances, liaise with Manpower Contractor on employee complains on salary shortage or related issues, maintain proper documentation, reconciliation, and employee records.
- End-to-end payroll processing for site and office employees within the project, including overtime validation, attendance regularization, monthly allowance and statutory deductions.
- Collaborate with site HR and project administrators to ensure accurate data submission for payroll inputs i.e manual attendance and overtime.
- Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax, pension, and statutory remittances (e.g., PAYE, NSITF, NHF, and pension).
- Handle payroll queries from site and office employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage payroll system updates and implement best practices for accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
- Coordinate with the company designated Manpower Contractors on statutory filings.
Qualification / Requirements / Experience
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of payroll processing experience, preferably within the construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, and statutory deductions.
- Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience working in multi-site or project-based environments.
