Job Title: Storekeeper / Accounts Assistant

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are in need of a Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain records, and support accounting tasks. Candidates must live close to Yaba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
  • Maintain organized inventory and issue items as needed
  • Assist in daily accounting and reconciliation tasks
  • Report discrepancies and coordinate with accounts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: OND in Accounting or related field
  • Strong record-keeping skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
  • Must reside within close proximity to Yaba.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and friendly front desk receptionist with a talent for social media and communication.
  • The ideal applicant will serve as our guests’ initial point of contact, guaranteeing a cordial greeting and prompt service.
  • They will also assist our marketing and promotional endeavors by upselling to visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and hotel services to guests.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as record-keeping and handling guest feedbacks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum qualification of OND
  • 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive and friendly personality with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Experience in marketing or content creation is a plus.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N100,000 Monthly.
