Job Description
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business demand generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients (i.e. Distributors, Prescribers and other sales stakeholder) to ensure the overall financial target of the company is met.
- Understanding customer and prescriber needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
- Management of the customer relations desk to achieved desired customer satisfaction and expected volumes of focus products are achieved.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential customer and prescriber at meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.

Job Description
- Manage and provide the human resources requirement for the entire company to ensure adequacy in commercial, supply chain and supports services demands.
- Source qualified personnel and organize interviews for intakes into all required positions that may be required by any department of the business
- Maintain the personnel information and data in related files to ensure comprehensive information of all staff are available for reference at all times.
- Provide and manage administrative tools for all company officials to ensure delivery of expected business objectives and targets.
- Manage and monitor the corporate and technical training program of the company to ensure personnel development which directly contributes to the continuous improvement of the organization
- Develop and maintain the company organization structure to achieve effective and robust personnel placement at all times.
- Develop strategies for corporate responsibility that will ensure the organization conduct its business within its operational sites without hindrance from concerned communities
- Coordinate development of the corporate vision and mission statements and ensure adequate communication to entire staff for institutionalization.
- Coordinate the development and cascade of overall company objectives to the key members of staff for awareness, and as tools for development of measurable appraisal indicators.
- Develop the payroll system and ensure compliance to statutory deduction while working with the finance department to ensure company operates within required budget.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 – 8 years relevant work experience.
