Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Royco)

Job Scope

  • Drive the value & volume led growth agenda on the Royco brand by leading Innovations, managing BLG campaigns based on category growth principles
  • End to End brand management role for the Royco Brand
  • Focus on incremental future growth opportunities, as well as management of existing core business
  • End to end P&L responsibility, including S&OP management
  • Budget (BMI) management to be vigorously controlled to ensure full delivery of projects
  • Leadership / support of NRM or SC Activity Requests: e.g. introduction of new pack sizes / formats for existing mixes
  • Developing & executing Inspiring brand communications in partnership with creative agencies
  • Leading Integrated Brand Planning Process (annual IBP)
  • Management of Brand’s digital strategy and electronic communications

Key Relationships: – Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Market Insights, Research and Development, Finance Business Partners & Global and Local teams where relevant.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Proven Experiential Marketing: Typically 3+ years of experience directly conceiving, planning, and executing brand activations, ideally with a digital-first approach.
  • Shopper Journey Optimisation: Demonstrated success in analysing and improving customer experiences across multiple touchpoints (online store, social media, shelf, etc.)
  • Project Management Prowess: Evidence of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery and budget ROI.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Confidence with digital marketing channels, tactics, and their role in amplifying brand experiences.
  • Innovation Execution: success in delivering brand experiences across the shopper journey to drive trial, desire and conversion.

Job Scope

  • The Engineering Supervisor oversees daily engineering operations, ensures compliance with technical standards, manages a team of engineers/technicians, and drives continuous improvement in processes, safety, and productivity.
  • Also responsible for the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of utility systems (such as power, water, HVAC, compressed air, steam, and diesel) to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient support for organizational operations.

Main Responsibilities
Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate engineers and technicians.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects within the utility space.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Project & Operations Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from design to execution.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.

Technical Oversight:

  • Provide guidance on engineering methods, tools, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Shadow as line focus engineering to deliver optimal efficiency across packing and process line.
  • Ability to lead a detail RCA, EWO to crash BD, MTTR, MTBF

Experiences & Qualifications

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
  • 5 – 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of utility systems (power distribution, HVAC, boilers, chillers, water treatment, etc.).
  • Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office tools.
  • Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
