Job Title: Business Development Lead – Oil & Gas EPC

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to spearhead growth initiatives in Nigeria’s oil & gas EPC sector.
  • The ideal candidate will leverage strong industry relationships, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, secure contracts, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow EPC projects in the oil & gas sector.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with IOCs, LOCs, regulators, and strategic partners.
  • Lead bids, proposals, and tender submissions (including NIPEX/NAPIMS portals).
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with NCDMB/local content requirements.
  • Provide regular reports to management on pipeline, opportunities, and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in business development within the oil & gas EPC sector.
  • Strong existing relationships with IOCs, LOCs, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing bids, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent knowledge of NIPEX, NAPIMS, and local content regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Deep knowledge of NCDMB/local content frameworks.
  • Proven track record of winning large-scale EPC contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Job Title: Fleet Manager (Logistics)

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Fleet Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company’s logistics fleet, ensuring optimal utilization, cost-efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • The role involves managing drivers, scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of vehicles, goods, and drivers.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate fleet staff, including drivers and support team.
  • Develop and implement fleet policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Track fuel usage, mileage, and expenses to optimize costs.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Locations: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose of the Role

  • To assist with the attainment of the company’s business growth objectives, articulating new Business development opportunities in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry and compiling bids, as well as collecting project data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical and commercial knowledge of all our product offerings and services.
  • Contribute to the attainment of the company’s business development strategies.
  • Identify immediate and long-term needs of clients for the company’s products and services on such projects.
  • Arrange meetings between E& P Companies and our partners.
  • Liaise between the company and key agencies in the industry, such as NAPIMS, DPR etc.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Identify application areas on client sites and make an appropriate proposal on the benefits and usage of the products.
  • Identify and recommend as most appropriate technical assistance for key customers
  • Prospect for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers
  • Prepare and make effective product presentations to clients.
  • Understand the full working of Joint Venture Partners and any new technology.
  • Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports, tenders, and presentations that will win the company contracts in ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Define a strategy for relating with each customer group and create a Customer
  • Relationship Plan per group
  • Collate client–specific intelligence and produce weekly reports
  • Interfacing with industry regulators and following up on submitted tenders.
  • Generate work orders, Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Effectively manage each customer account to ensure sales targets are fully achieved
  • Collate and communicate business intelligence
  • Ensure full payment for all supplies and services
  • Reconcile customers’ accounts and ensure proper documentation
  • Provide regular updates on plans and progress
  • Demonstrate consistent sales development success and target–driven achievement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technical Sales in the Upstream subsector of the oil and gas industry.

Required Competencies:

  • Ideal candidate should have met at least a USD2.5 million annual sales target
  • A good knowledge of upcoming and ongoing key projects in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Sector.

  • Proven sales contacts in the Upstream sector of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry
  • Proven track record of winning businesses and meeting targets
