Job Brief
- The qualified candidate must have in-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly and the after-sales services industry.
- We are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven driven and experienced professional to join their team in the capacity of Manager, Business Development and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff and budgets, implement strategies to improve efficiency and productions
- Drive business growth and expansion by establishing business relationships and build clientele
- Champion compliance with regulations, and optimizing both assembly and after-sales service processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensures that the revenue target set for the plant is met, at all times.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns.
- Manage and develop staff, including training and setting performance goals.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage operational costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field is often preferred.
- 10 years of industry experience and management.
- Must be resident in Enugu.
- Proven track records of previous success in vehicle assembly sales and marketing
- Experienced in auto manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly and after sales, services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Salary
N500,000 – N550,000 monthly.

- Allocate resources effectively and manage operational costs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- 10 years of industry experience and management.
- Proven track record in vehicle assembly sales and marketing
- Experienced in the auto manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of the vehicle assembly and after-sales services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Salary
N500,000 – N550,000 per month.

Job Title: Accountant
Location: New Heaven, Enugu
About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with reliable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and general bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, federal/state tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Track expenses, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for efficiency.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
- Manage inventory reporting, fixed assets, and depreciation schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years relevant experience (industry experience is an advantage).
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Salary
N120,000 per month.
