Job Title: Senior Social Media Manager

Job Summary

  • A Senior Social Media/Manager Content Strategist is responsible for managing the public platforms of clients and developing strategies that actualize brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective content and digital strategies for existing clients and prospects.
  • Create sharp, memorable, and compelling written pieces that prompt action.
  • Responsible for managing Minimum of 4 Accounts (Brands), 3 Retainer and 1 Project-based account.
  • Collaborate with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
  • Optimize content for publication across various social media sites.
  • Deliver content for client approval in a timely manner and post as required at optimal times.
  • Monitor users’ engagement with and feedback on every post.
  • Cover events for social media and participate in briefing sessions with clients and other agencies.
  • Remain abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications and propose new concepts and approaches for social media management that will align with client goals.
  • Meet and surpass all client expectations through an excellent display of digital mastery and peerless execution of projects.
  • Develop innovative solutions for clients with impactful results that will increase client budgets while delivering excellent results.
  • Explore the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
  • Work with the internal teams to understand and deliver client project goals (both short and long-term).
  • Build quality proposals with unique insights and consumer behaviour to win new business.
  • Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies
  • Deliver insightful consumer, competitive, and market analyses; and develop strategic plans that galvanize our teams.
  • Create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients maximizing account and revenue growth.
  • Manage client projects ensuring 100% repeat business on all clients’ projects.
  • Analyze and report on the effects of publications.
  • Compile third-party and native platform information to build data-driven reports and strategies.
  • Take responsibility for additional tasks assigned to you by the team/agency. Participate in team activities.
  • Complete all training and at least two self-development programmes in a year.
  • Maintain a professional code of conduct and adhere to industry regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Min of 3 – 5 years Cognate experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is required.
  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Ideal Candidate must have a growth mindset, innovative and very creative.

  • Collaborate with team of (art directors, copywriters, designers) to produce high-quality work.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to meet client objectives.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.

Job Description

  • A Web Developer at Wild Fusion is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to back-end and front-end web development, web design, programming, and web development.
  • He / She is expected to work closely with our team to create and maintain websites and web applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years Cognate experience as a Web Developer.
  • Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development skills
  • Experience in Web Development and Programming
  • A very Strong WordPress and Web Design skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Role Description

  • This is a remote role, and the Business Development Specialist will be responsible primarily for revenue growth via student acquisition for training programmes such as CyberSecurity, Data Analytics, Product Design, Digital Marketing etc. .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Cognate experience as Business Development Manager in a Tech Institute
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in acquisition of students and market research to identify, acquire and engage student to make payment for trainings.
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
