Job Summary
- The Tender Board, Planning & Cost Estimation Analyst is responsible for coordinating and analyzing tender processes, procurement planning, and provision of all cost estimating and optimization services to all departments in the company in a timely manner.
- The role ensures that all procurement and contracting activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while optimizing cost efficiency and supplier performance.
- Responsible for process compliance and performance management to achieve company objectives and ensure that all SCM reports are prepared and circulated in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Operations/Strategic:
Tender Board Coordination & Procurement Planning:
- Contribute as a member of the SCM Planning and Performance team and deputize as required for the Lead. Execute all delegated tasks as may be assigned by the SCM Lead, Planning and Performance
- Assist in developing procurement plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate tender board meetings, prepare documentation, evaluation reports, and recommendations for contract awards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and establish sourcing strategies.
- Ensure due compliance with the company’s Contracting Policies and Procedures and Tender Board directives
- Manage the Tender Board Secretariat activities, including claims registration, company cost estimate submissions, and related documentation.
- Provide support in the safekeeping of sensitive documents, including original contract documents; contract securities such as Bonds, Parent Company Guarantees, Advance Payment Guarantees and so on; and Assignments and Novation. Exercise effective custodianship of such documents.
- Develop a tracking and monitoring process to ensure consistency in the application of the tender board process, and to ensure that all tender board directives are adhered to.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed terms.
- Maintain a database of vendors and procurement records for audit and reporting purposes.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
- Provide cost estimating support services, utilizing various data banks, Companies’ in-house estimating manuals and/or industry sources throughout the entire Project lifespan. Estimate project cost based on Bill of materials, labor cost, and project specification to express the most representative cost estimate.
- Analyze data to determine estimated costs for materials, labor and other related costs to support the contracts and procurement team, operations and projects
- Daily sourcing, collection, compilation and updating of market price data of materials, equipment, and manpower to be used in the cost estimate that supports the billing, quotations and company’s financial plans. Perform internal and external benchmarking reflecting the assessed risk parameters (i.e. against historical performance, industry norms and established KPIs) to improve and optimize costs
- Liaise with C & P Analysts (Buyers), Project Engineers and Bid Administrator to track and report Cost estimating request status. Participate in peer reviews as required.
- Abreast of changing developments in estimating advances by reviewing technical literature, contact with Manufacturers and stockists, visits to construction locations and attending professional and technical meetings.
- Contribute to major Cost Estimating performance improvement and assist in minimizing the potential for contract claims. Managing and improving the pricing and costing models, along with the operational delivery of any changes. Provide in-depth pricing and costing analysis to support all the company’s business operation
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed terms.
- Maintain a database of vendors and procurement records for audit and reporting purposes.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collate, analyze, and maintain Dashboard KPIs and Management information packs to provide management information such as Progress against KPI´s required for engagement with stakeholders, such as third-party spend reports for individual functions / businesses.
- Responsible for the timely and efficient preparation of all reports (SCM activities, initiatives, value and cost saving tracking, spend data analysis), periodic and ad-hoc.
- Develop procurement reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to tendering efficiency, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- Utilize data analytics tools to improve procurement forecasting and cost control.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the oil and gas or energy sector. Procurement, tendering, skills will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of procurement planning, cost estimation methodologies, and supplier evaluation.
- Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data.

Job Summary
- The Senior Geoscientist will be an active member of the Subsurface team.
- The candidate is expected to deliver timely, high quality geological analysis and interpretation to the Company’s development operations; in line with the overall technical strategy and goals, while maintaining high professional standards
Key Responsibilities
- Seismic Interpretation, characterization, and mapping of faults & fractures at reservoir levels. Generating and utilizing seismic attributes for better characterization of fractures, faults, and other structural, stratigraphic, and sedimentary features.
- Interpret geophysical and geological data, use geologic concepts, and integrate information from variety of geologic disciplines to develop leads, locate new exploration targets, estimate volumes and recommend drillable prospects.
- QC, analyse and integrate geological, geophysical and production data to develop existing fields, identify upside potential and recommend optimal well placement for field development.
- Integrate large amounts of geological, petrophysical and geophysical data to generate static models for input into reservoir simulation, reserves estimation and development planning.
- Perform detailed reservoir characterization using advanced geological analyses to support characterization & field development plans, platform evaluation and well planning/ drilling operations.
- Generate inhouse well designs, evaluate & review target locations and logging requirements while collaborating with the drilling and reservoir engineering teams.
- Prepare well proposal documents and end of well reports.
- Participate in exploration and development drilling operations. Ensure collection & storage of all subsurface data.
- Work on new ventures in emerging areas including performing geophysical studies.
- Participate in internal/external special geological/geophysical studies like sequence stratigraphy, sedimentology, basin modelling, AVO and inversion.
- Represent the company externally as a technical expert with government, partners and industry when required. Maintain beneficial and positive relationship with same.
- Assist the technical teams, provide related regulatory and compliance support on subsurface matters where needed.
- Continuously evaluate potential value-adding opportunities in and around the company’s assets.
- Understand new technologies and apply to the challenges of E&P operations.

Knowlege and Skill Required
- University degree in Geology or Geophysics – BSc.
- Master’s degree in geosciences is an added advantage.

- Demonstrable technical expertise, in particular, significant experience in seismic interpretation, development of structural and stratigraphic models using well and seismic data and integrating with reservoir information
- Proficient in the use of workstation-based software (G&G applications and databases).
- Proficiency in Petrel is preferred.
- Should have good understanding of production geology, including interpretation of fluid, test and pressure data.
- Should have good understanding of wellsite and operations geology
- Good proficiency with MS office suite – Excel/PowerPoint/Word

Job Title:Â Reciprocating Equipment Specialist Engineer
Location:Â Port Harcourt, Rivers
Service Purpose
- The Reciprocating Equipment Specialist Engineer will oversee all activities relating to reciprocating machines (gas compressors, diesel/gas engines, generators etc) for JV Assets.
- The role requires both technical leaderships including supervisor work at site and administrative management, ensuring alignment with company referential and industry standards.
Context & Environment:

Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of reciprocating machines across onshore and offshore facilities.
- Perform complete engine teardown and rebuilds on diesel and gas generators
- Diagnose and resolve complex failures, ensuring timely mobilization of OEM field service engineers when required.
- Perform minor, major overhaul, repair and commissioning activities of combustion engine at site without OEM FSR

- High-level proficiency in Diesel engine troubleshooting using OEM diagnostic software and tool for calibration, fault finding
- and engine adjustment.
- Proven ability to rebuild industrial diesel or gas engine independently
