Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized CRM Officer to join our team in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, following up with leads and clients, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Track leads from initial enquiry through inspection, purchase, and post-sales engagement.
- Coordinate and schedule property inspections with clients and the sales team.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Maintain regular follow-up with inactive and prospective clients.
- Update CRM records and ensure customer information is accurate and current.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, inspections, and customer activities.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales support, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks effectively.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hausa is an added advantage.
