Job Description

Naji Realties is looking for a friendly and skilled Customer Service Representative (also called a Customer Care Officer) to join our hospitality team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first person to welcome guests. Your role is to give excellent customer service, create a warm environment, and make sure all front desk activities are handled well.
