Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Berger, Lagos

Job Summary
- Are you an experienced Customer Service professional with a strong background in logistics and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?
- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Supervisor to lead our customer service team, drive service excellence, and ensure seamless resolution of customer issues in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service team
- Monitor customer enquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure customers receive accurate and prompt updates on shipments, deliveries, and logistics services
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution
- Track and improve key customer service KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Sales, and other teams to resolve service-related issues
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Develop and implement processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Prepare and analyze customer service reports and provide insights to management
- Train, coach, and mentor Customer Service Representatives to improve performance and service quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and escalation procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field with 3 – 5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably with supervisory experience
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, courier, or related industries
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, shipment tracking, delivery processes, and customer complaints management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to manage high-volume customer enquiries and escalations in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM/customer service tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
