Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: 9 Adepele Street, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role
- We are looking for a creative, passionate, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, building an active online community, and developing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and platform updates.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Develop strategies to grow followers, improve engagement, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve the company’s online presence.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably for a gadget brand or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Ability to create engaging content and develop creative campaign ideas.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
