We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Storekeeper
Location: Sango – Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products.
- The role ensures proper inventory control, accurate record-keeping, and prevention of stock losses or damages.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
- Properly store items to ensure safety and easy identification.
- Issue materials and products based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual or computerized).
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses.
- Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of items in the store.
- Prevent loss, theft, or damage of stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel or inventory software.
- Good integrity and accountability.
Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an added advantage.
Remuneration
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly (depending on experience).
