- collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, product development, operations, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive telecom solutions and to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish professional connections.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis, providing insights for business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and compelling proposals that address client requirements and differentiate our services.
- Formulate effective sales strategies, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans, to achieve sales targets and penetrate new markets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with the company’s objectives.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identifyand target potential customers in the assigned market segment or geographical area.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Training/certification in Telecom sales will be an added advantage
- 2-5 years experience in Telecom sales.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Track record of successful business development and sales achievements.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven experience in business development or sales; preferably in the Telecom industry
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
